Just thought I'd mention that I have had some spot on customer service from ATB/Whyte/Edinburgh cycles.

My 3 yr old Whyte M109 cracked at the seat stay just above the brake mount.

I emailed ATB, they said take it to Edinburgh cycles, I did, they replaced both seat stays for free.

That makes me happy, so Im going to have a pint to celebrate.
