Hi all
I’ve recently purchased some sqlab 30x Carbon bars in 30mm rise and 12 degree sweep to replace my Ritchey WCS bars in 30mm rise and 9 degree sweep
I was expecting these to have the same rise but the SQlab is at least 10mm lower than the Ritchey
Do different manufacturers have different ways of describing/measuring bar geometry?

you get an angle for backsweep and upsweep, as well as rise?

I understand the 3 main measurements: rise, up upsweep, and backsweep
What I don’t understand is that 30mm rise bars from 2 different manufacturers actually have different rise.
I’m assuming it is that they might be measuring rise at different points on the bars

Does one include upsweep in the rise and the other not?
