I currently have some Pablo Escobars which I love the feel of but they are just too narrow (670mm). Is there anything out there ith the same general profile, just wider?
Yes I have read the grouptest in this edition of the mag but am none the wiser re this particlar question.
If your bars get wider, is is necessarily best to go for the oversize stem/clamp? Will the standard one flex more?

i think the wider you go the more sweep you should go for - put your arms out in front o you like you were holding a handlebar then move your hands apart as they get further apart the position of your hands change - just an observation on my part
