Join British Cycling as it gives you 10% off.. would have been worth doing before you bought the bizango though.

Different levels of membership but it also gives you liability insurance, legal assistance if you get knocked off, discounts at halfords, wiggle etc

It might be £20 to join (cheapest package)

theres 3 packages, the cheapest doesnt do halfords 10%, the others do. They email you a membership code/number which should be all you need in store (they may ask for membership card but only need the number).

Looks like the Bronze membership for 20 quid gets you 10% off Halfords & 12% off Wiggle
