Just back from a 2 day bike packing trip from Austwick to Aysgarth and back blizzards and freezing conditions kept us on our toes.

Planned 3 dayer to the Borrowdale Valley on Wednesday with my daughter and open to suggestions for the weekend ๐Ÿ™‚

Great!! You look well prepared. Riding in Cold isn't a problem with the right gear. What route is that by the way?

It's OK you can have your fun for the week while we enjoy a much better commute and then off to play later ๐Ÿ™‚

Part of the Yorkshire Dales 300 ย relive links above kitted out for all weather including the rain and sleet that was forecast but did not materialise .

Been out riding with the kids today. Didn't take a single picture but did have a great time. Sun shining and well drained trails and lots of friendly folk out and about.
Rest of week down here looks bobbins for weather.

Why are you sorry? We all get to go when flights are cheap and the airports are empty.

My son and I out in the hills above Nidderdale at the weekend with some other club riders. It wasn't the warmest, or the driest day we've ever enjoyed, but we had a great time nevertheless.

Winter Hill was living up to its name today, hard going in the wind and snow. Just look at that enthusiasm...

1 short ride and 3 surfs in Cornwall this week. Almost felt springlike yesterday.

Went up to The Lakes for half-term to chill and walk a bit. Couldn't not take a bike though. Headed out to do the Bash but didn't like the idea of the wind on the tops so cut out Walla Crag and the Watendlath/Rosthwaite bit and just spun round to Seatoller on the road instead.

postierich. Where on the Bash route is that little stone bridge? Don't recognise it (or have never noticed it on the way round).

Working all week but had a cracking weekend, weather was lovely

Spent a few outside with the familly and the dog doing some geocaching, excellent family fun

Little local bike ride round the park with my son and the dog, and then took my daughter out for a bit so she could do more two wheel practising (good progress there)
