So I still have the remains of man flu but I was going stir-crazy sat infront the tv ! I managed 48km and 436m of climbing on back lanes and cycle paths, so I guess im on the mend, that said im aching all over... Comments ?

Nice to see some knottie8 pics. House looks a bit like Barrington Court but you'd struggle to get that and Donyatt in a 48km loop.
