Anybody had a better deal than their online prices?

Good question, I have my eye on one bike that they can't sell.

I know they are great prices but I don't like to pay the upfront price for anything, I will ring and ask but just wondering how much people had got off the online price.

Cash price as opposed to card services could be an angle? but....you'd need to go in

I asked years ago and got a blunt "no".

It was a very good deal anyway TBH.

I would haggle at Lidi, unfortunately can't find a way to get cheap petrol, I do always pull up the hose to drain the last bit into my tank!

I've bought a couple of bikes from them but never haggled as they were big reductions anyway.I bought this last month & at that price I considered it a bargain.

He's probably more sensible and just drives past to the nearest Sainsbury's

My friend haggled with Sainsbury s garage the other day over his tank of diesel, they'd printed in the paper that they were cheapest place to buy so when he went past tesco he checked their prices and got Sainsburys to equal them when he filled up.

They even had the paper on the shelf in the garage to show the claim mind.

And the ten minutes of his life he spent discussing it with the cashier was worth the ~50p he saved ? ๐Ÿ˜†

When it comes too pauls cycles unless you go into his shop (he's a nice chap btw) he won't give any more off than what there down too and even then your more likely to get some bottle cages and bits thrown in than discount and at his prices why bother haggling stop being tight and just pay dude lol bet your northern ๐Ÿ˜†

As long as they don't put a damn big PAULS CYCLES sticker on your new steed then that could be the deal breaker surely.

Unless they're doing things illegal then debit card is cheapest for them.
