5:15am - Sussex countryside, low ground mist from the river and complete silence aside from the occasion birdsong.
It was one of 'those' rides that reminds me why I get up an ungodly hour fit the bike into a busy work/family schedule. 17 miles in silence at daybreak, no cars on the roads, fitness just seemed to 'click' and knocked 6 minutes off my personal best. Arrived at the station hot, tired but grinning from ear to ear.
I just had to share!

The GGGRRRRRGGGHH commutes tend to be on the way home when the world becomes populated by eejits and fools who's sole intent seems to be to run me off the road
