What's the easiest/cheapest way? Biek has a standard RaceFace pressfit BB & Rise crank - want to put a GXP crank in there.

sram gxp bb92 bb was pretty good, [s]sram s1000 cranks cheap from on-one[/s] edit all gone

I do this with a Brightline GXP adapter which I bought on Ebay for about £3.
