Chain length correct, b screw correct , free hub all serviced and pawls working perfectly, but still low down the cassette the chain seems to skip ? Any ideas

I had something similar with an slx rear mech, turned out to be a bent derailleur hanger

Having recently bought a hanger alignment tool.... I found that both my bikes had hangers out of alignment and I think that the tolerances on 12 speed would make any minor alignment issuers even worse.
I would get it checked at an lbs.
