Looking for a four to five MTB holiday something in Europe, thinking with a guide will be better as rather be riding than getting lost. Have done Morzine etc prefer this year to be XC orientated and not to expensive.
Any good suggestions

OP I asked for this to be moved to Bike Forum fyi

Most of rhe guided holidays I know are more dh than xc certainly in the Alps where its uplift and big vertical that people are looking for.

Sierra MTB ?

Also a bit late to be booking, season is short amd tends to sell out pretty quickly

I went with these guys 2 years ago: http://ridesierranevada.com/

Very friendly, good local knowledge. Selection of bikes to rent or you can bring your own.

Based right on the beach we offer uplift assisted enduro and XC riding on some of the best singletrack in Spain. Some superb bars and restaurants for the après-biking.

This video was posted by some recent guests.

We usually do much newer-school alpine backcountry (avoiding the E word there) riding though! About 500-1500m climbing in a day with 1500-3000m descending. Nearly all of it away from the resorts on 'natural' trails.
If you see a braking bump we will refund you 😉

I know it's Wales (still technically in Europe) but a group of us are doing the Trans Cambrian with MTBA Wales next week, should be fun

We're out with Ride Ibiza at the moment.

Second time that we have been there and having a great time.

Recommend it greatly.

Ibiza is a beautiful island and the mountain bike gets you to all the best parts.

I 'third' AQR out in Luchon. Any type of riding you want & yummy food cooked by Russ at Le Lutin. Superb value for money.
