Specialized use (have used) a similar style on some posts. USE I think. Quite a few others.

I assumed they were some weird shock mount, but couldn't think which bike it was from...

Might be the Scott Spark RC - that comes with it's own special attachment for the seat tube to mount the saddle....

Quite a common part for carbon posts, and mostly cross compatible (I used the Richey branded ones above to mount a carbon railed saddle to my PlanetX seat post)
I was just about to say they look the same as my Ritchey post
