I'm looking for some guards for a Ti Pickenflick, so no bosses, disc brakes, no mountings on the forks. But currently 35c cross tyres and may go to 40's.
Being able to quickly take them off would be a bonus as well.

Sorted mine.
Front. Got a SKS kit that uses the qr,s. Only use the right as a bit of mechano from the top caliper bolt is more secure for the left side. Super Velcro glued under the fork and on guard for top mount. Bombproof.
Rear. Stainless p clips and bolts blend in nicely.
All hold SKS mudguard as wide as fit frame.
Guess you could use more of the qr kit, especially at the front.

No idea. Something off ebay. Think it was 3M stuff. About an inch wide maybe. Trick is to get maximum contact. Mine has a strip about an inch square, slightly packed out by a bit of plastic and some glue on the guard.

Just ordered a set of these for my cross/ winter training bike. Attach with Velcro so can be removed when doing a cross race

Just thought. Bet you could glue a strip to the top of the guards and another bit over the seat and chainstay bridges
