GRX 2x 165mm cranks?

Been having issues with a Hip impingement and the sports doc (who is a triathlete) has recommended trying 165mm cranks, now unfortunately my gravel/touring bike has GRX 810 2x on it and they don't go down to 165mm cranks, can't find any GRX610 cranksets in stock and the only options I can find are Rotor vegast but at £365 its a bit steep!

Any ideas?

610 double out of stock with distributor until July, but single 610 in stock. Get that and swap rings? Same spider on single and double.

Spa Cycles have a good few 1x,2x and 3x crank options. Trendy they are not, but very functional and generally good prices.

Sigma have the GRX600 165mm 2x in stock now and cheaper than the 1X crank!
