Mine today was down to pure stupidity. Riding to work (c19 miles) decided to cut between some cones by some roadworks and hit a trench. Otb on to the road, blood everywhere, puncture and jammed chain. Repaired the bike and rode the rest of the way still bleeding. Now have big hole in my chin and bashed nose, but no serious damage. Boy do I feel stupid. And I'll be sore tomorrow!
