[Closed] Grrrr..... 10 minutes of pure mechanical ineptitude

[#9498997]

Never had an issue before but it's taken me ten minutes of increasing force trying to get the quick link on my new 11 speed chain to close. Even with standing on the pedals with all my weight, still no joy.

Then I thought about it and tried with the quicklink in the run that was actually under tension rather than the run under the chainstay.

Why does my brain suddenly decide to forget how to do stuff that it's been doing for 15 years?

If it's any consolation I spent 10mins trying to force brake fluid up from rear SLX calliper to the lever, before realising I'd attached the bleed funnel to the front lever.....
