does anyone had a source for angled grommet like the shimano di2 but with a bigger hole for a dropper cable? i found ones that require a slot but i want to get away with drilling a smaller hole

I used a grommet from this set :
rubber so they squish ot whatever shape you have drilled.
You are probably going to have to drill a slot for a dropper cable though because of how it enters the frame.
