[Closed] Grizedale Snow??

By the sounds of it there's around 6ft of the stuff.

This was posted about half an hour ago on their FB.

With purple heather and green fern, I suspect it's not a recent picture.

^^^^ Bracken still green and flowering heather indicates it's a photo from late July/early August. Snow seems to be starting above 300m looking from my bedroom window towards Longsleddale. Heading out shortly for a pootle round Kendal so will update when back.

That's what I suspected. Naughty Grizedale...

the whole of the Lakes looked pretty white from where I was standing today, near Lancaster.

There was no snow in Grizedale at 4pm today, could all change by tomorrow tho 🙂
