Hi Guys,
A few of us lads were thinking of signing up for this event. Before we do, could you tell us what the course is usually like and how it holds up to the lakeland weather. Any of your experiences would be most welcome.
Thanks in advance. ๐ฏ
It's a great event. Single lap, mix of man made singletrack, rocky 'natural trails' and scenic fireroad. Tends to be a little bit longer than advertised (read value for money) and hold up well to the weather, except for short sections - where the mud just adds variety. Definitely worth doing IMO.
Not done it for a couple of years but they did a different course every year and it was always good. Recommended. What date is it this year? bet it clashes with something I'm already doin'.
Ah 20th Sept - yep, Ruthin Merida. typical!
