I do about 75miles a week on road (bit of pavement etc), on a fairly heavy and loaded delivery bike. Its a 69er so need 26 and 29 tyres, and as its heavy I usually run 1.5+ size wise.
I'm looking at some tyres to tide me over before the ice/snow comes and the spikes go on. So something with super grippy rubber that will cope with the wet, cold, mossy, leafy and perhaps a touch of frost.
Oh, and yep I understand that tread doesn't really have a huge impact on grip on the road. So would be happy with slick etc.
