Was thinking about heading down to Haldon today but haven't ridden over at Grill side for a while, so does anyone know if the gaps are still there. Was just going to have a chill on the jumps.

Cheers Del. We went anyway and had a couple of pleasant hours jumping the gaps and doubles. Even Mrs Dropoff was into doing the gaps today ๐Ÿ™‚ Tis really well built down there but does look like the trees have been earmarked for clearing:(

I'd grab it while you can. There have been notices up for a while warning of imminent forestry work.

Yeah, might try to get down one night this week. Still it's not actually FC owned is it ? So quite lucky to be there at all:)

think the forestry lease it, but could just be making this up. as TM says it's all going to get cleared through. every week now there's more markers, posts, and other signs of activity going in there. it's not going to be long.

del, you are right... the fc rent it off the farmer down the bottom, he rides his trials bike in there now-and-again

it is however a commercial enterprise, and yep it is all going to go. they are getting the place sorted at the moment (access) so they can get the plant in there...

ride it while you can...

however Gawton is the place to ride down here... that place is too good.
