26 ain't dead...yet. But with a bike as twitchy as a ferret on crack, it won't be long till the rider is.

Quite surprising considering the reults he had on 26"
Obviously it's nothing to to with his sponsor, Santa Cruz trying to sell more Bronsons (or whatever other funny wheel bikes they have noe)

I'd take that as humour, 26" is fine for the rest of us mere mortals, maybe more of an issue at 60mph ๐Ÿ˜‰

Direct reference to Cotic's vid innit(?). The riding in it is pretty ragged, and probably just beyond that boundary between finesse, skill and balls-out, give-it-everything riding that wins WC races.

I think he just wanted an excuse to get the phrase 'twitchy as a ferret on crack' onto his FB page

It's not the first time he's been out spoken about a touchy subject. He does come across as a bit of a cock and not very professional sometimes.

Well he's not dead from riding 26ers and neither am I. Very corporate, very poor.

I think it's just what's colloquially known as "banter".

What's the problem?
Someone made a comment on Twitter, in reference to... MTB wheels.
Oh I see, and bicycle wheel diameter is vaguely involved you say?
In that case blind, humourless, tribalism must be adopted on the topic forthwith!

Burn the Heretics!
Persecute the Luddites!

It's only a 'touchy subject' if you take things like this far too seriously!

There are 'touchy' subjects aplenty in the world the way it is - wheel size on mountain bikes is not one of them. To then take offence at something that may have been tweeted in jest and claim it is a touchy subject and he is a 'cock' suggests that the problem may lie closer to home.....

Time for some perspective methinks(?)
