Bleugh. Too much white and silver and rim stickers. That one needs all black components, then it'd look nice.

That is pretty much the best colour ever for a frame though

New BFe has a 44ID head-tube, yes.
Classic BFe is still available and has a "standard" head-tube.

More info on the website next week, or there are bits and pieces over on the Faceplant page :

Both are available in ace but different loud colours (I love both the blue and the green).
Both also available in Gritstone.

Ragley and Kinesis have done some ace green bikes. This is a different green. I picked it out several years ago as a challenge to myself as I don't normally like green bikes. As Cy takes yeeeaaars to develop/test his frames, it's taken a long time for the colour to appear on a production frame. The BFe looks utterly brilliant in it. I want one (but don't need one) myself.

Since when has 'need' been part of buying bike bits. 😀

I really don't like it. I'm not allowed to like it because I already have a blue one

I've got a large black one on order (I would get the green if I didn't have an irrational aversion to the colour green!), I can 't wait to get it built and out on the trails 🙂

£329 I believe. I like the various incremental improvements, in addition to the 44mm head tube and extreme greeness!

It is neither blue nor grey, therefore, I shall consider it a failure.

I love the way my BFe rides and it looks great in Blue but ... there is really a wow factor with this colour. Nice improvements too.

Did you not get the memo stating that Hemlock and C456 owners are banned from having aesthetic opinions? 😉

I suspect the gritstone will still be slightly faster though.

Now if only Cy would do a Soul in that green, 44ht and a 30.9 seattube.

I would imagine the Soul is due the slight tweeks but you'll be out of luck on the 30.9 as all the Cotic's are 31.6 seat tubes.

Oh and I'm happy with my blue one, I'm happy with my blue one, I'm happy with my blue one, I'm happy with my blue one, I'm happy with my blue one, I'm happy with my blue one, I'm happy with my blue one...

@tomlevell - I'm reciting exactly the same mantra to myself. I fear I shall give in to a new green one at some point though.

I probably should have said 30.9 or 31.6.

Just as long as i can fit a decent droppy post.

Hey, my Hemlock and 456 are lookers. Well, they are in my garage anyway, on the grounds that there's an Ellsworth Dare in there too, absorbing all the fugly.
