I had a couple of issues with my panniers and handlebar bag, Broken buckle on my Ortlieb panniers and stripped threads on my Arkel bar bag mounting clamps after 8000 miles of day in day out use.
Both companies responded immediately to email enquiries and sent replacements. Small things in the grand scheme of things, but I would recommend their products on that basis. I just did.
