[Closed] Great customer relations

Jsut ordered some [url= http://www.moonglu.com/shop/hope-hoops-pro-2-on-stans-arch/ ]wheels from Moonglu[/url]. I sent them a mail after asking them to make the front hub 20mm and fit the yellow tape for me. I got an email back within minutes saying that becasue the couriers are a little behind at the moment it might be Wednesday or Thursday by the time the wheels leave them. I would have been OK with this, but they went on to say they will upgrade the postage to a 24 hour service so I can have them before the weekend.

Small cost to them makes a big difference to how I feel about the service.
