with a gravity dropper on, is there any reason why I shouldn't store my bike hanging up by its seat

I'm sure Northwind will be along shortly with his picture of his bike on a chairlift hanging by the seat with a Gravity Dropper on. ๐Ÿ™‚

It's just a pin in an 'ole.... If it can support your weight in compression, it can support the bike's in tension.

Grum, I wore that picture out, who knew digital pics wear? But apparently if you post them a thousand times on internet forums, they just dissolve :mrgreen:

But yeah, it'll be fine, the lockout is mechanical and'll work both ways. Do it with the post at full length though or the rubber thing'll get too used to being compressed.
