I have a piar of Kenda Slant 6s which great on and off road and come up quite big for their stated 700 x 35.
Kenda Small Bloc 8? I have them on my cross bike and they seem OK for most conditions, including road.
Conti crossspeed 35 does that very well. Surprisingly quick on tarmac, and great on fireroads and non muddy stuff.
I'm running a Challenge Grifo on the front & Grifo XS on the rear, open tubular 33's.
Superb ride on gravel, but might throw another XS on the front.
I use Maxxis Raze for a bit of everything.
in the dry a 'slick' is a great choice. i've got marathon racers but they are a bit to thin (sidewalls) i'd like to try a marathon mondial. just run them a little softer for traction
smart sams are a good all rounder.
SB8s are great cross tyre but they aren't that fast on the road - although they have a great profile for it.
smart sam is faster on tarmac than the sb8 imo
Conti crossspeed 35
Same here, fine on anything that isn't muddy. Well as fine as a cross tyre can be.
