Hi

Anyone have a good GPX file for Helvellyn in the lakes? I'm looking for the one that descends via Dollywagon & Grisedale.

Cheers

I don't know why you'd need one tbh, up Keppel cove and over Helvellyn onto that descent is a huge scar of a trail that you'd struggle to get lost on.

You'd be surprised. I know someone who managed to end up strolling along the shores of Thirlmere instead of Ullswater in good conditions.

Yeah basically that, i don't want to get lost. Or if anyone has a good map of the route with easy to follow instructions that would also be good.

You should be able to work it out from a map, it’s quite straight forward, and perhaps you should be doing that as a minimum skill anyhow for being high up on a hill

What funkydunk says, if you can't look at a map and work it out, then maybe the mountains aren't for you.
