Help needed. I have a Garmin etrex vista hcx & i'm using Quo maps what do most people follow
on there GPS.: Routes or Tracks? i'm not to worried as for waypoints etc just the simplist system to use.
Any advise would be great. Or are there any oher GPS Devises that are a lot easier to use.

I plot a route in memory map. Export to GPS (Garmin Vista HCX). Via menu go to routes and see your route listed. Click on route. Click on navigate. I tend to use the yellow back ground with pink line indicating route, or the topo map showing the route.

I favour tracks as it gets around the [i]max waypoints per route[/i] problem.
