A few may know I snapped my achilles 3 months ago? Very low year so far ;-(
I got my first ride in just under 3 months at mountain mayhem around the paddock 😉 man it was a good feeling!

Yesterday I had my air cast boot off and now stays off 😉 now have 3 months physio but hopefully quicker than that and cross fingers on the bike again soon.....
Bring on 2010 😉
nice one! having been off the bike with a break I can understand how frustrating it will have been. I had such high hopes for biking in 2009 too. Ah well treat yourself to some back to the bike bling :o)
