then you should be using the gorillapod SLR or preferably the gorillapod SLR Zoom, since you have a large zoom permanently attached

I made the mistake of buying a fake one off Ebay (twas cheap). Designed for cameras about 80g, that one!

Ah, the title was gorillapod review, not gorillapod [i]slr[/i] review. and tbh, the SLR one is not good unless you have a very small light SLR, it's not too happy under my 300d - the slr zoom might be better
