According to their size guide I'm in between medium and large... Any recommendations as to whether they come up big or small?

I was in the same situation with their shorts and went for the large. The seem to come out a bit small.

I find I have to go up a size with gore clothing

Go up a size. I find the thighs a bit restrictive 🙂
