Hi guys.
Need to replace my gear cables and since gore exited the cable market I'm stuck for a good replacement.
I've used flying snakes and the inner gets pulled inside the shifter.
I've seen some sram professional gore cables but I've read they are sometimes to short for Mtb's.

Can someone point me at something like the gore cables with a black outer?
Thx

Some people pick the little rubber o ring seal out of the Shimano ferrules to reduce cable drag since the liner seals in between.

Use regular housing at the shifter and derailleur ends.

I've honestly never had an issue with normal cables. All the gore style ones I see seem to go bad and pull through and not give as good shifting.
