Just mixing the music for our spinning class next week - got some good tracks already - looking for Dance / Trance but well known and good to spin to (hills and sprints) - Any ideas ?
last Fm is a good bet for similary tracks. This is what I listen to, probably a bit too trancy for some though:

I like the Ministry of Sound Mash Up CD's for gym/spinning. All well known tunes, but at the same time not boring as its not exactly the same as the original.
drum & bass is great! obviously get the more commercial remixes if you want it to be familiar!

You can't beat a hill climb to Insomnia by Faithless. It builds so well and by the time the resistance is really high the tune really kicks off so you don't notice that you are about to die. Another vote for Sandstorm for a sprint but also check out the Andrew W K track Party Hard. I also like a bit of Basshunter but that's probably not to everyone's taste.
