Hi,
We are going to the Olympics next year for my wife's big birthday. We will be staying near Versaille.
She will be spending a few days watching Dressage where I will be at a loose end - 1 day of Dressage is plenty for me 😉
Wondering if it would be worth hiring a bike for a couple of days to fit in a few miles. Is there any decent riding in the area? Im told the grounds of the palace are lovely to ride around but im thinking theyll be rather busy with all the horsing going on there so will need to go further afield.
Looking for maybe 20-50 mile, mild off road/gravel style routes. Happy with scenic relaxed pace kinda stuff. I am on holiday after all 🙂
Anyone familiar with the area?
