Have a Royce BB, and managed to lose one of the cone washers for the crank bolts.
Ring up Royce and Cliff (the guy who owns/runs Royce) answers the phone. I ask if they are available to buy, and he just says "Give me your address and I'll pop some in the post free for you."
1 day later, they arrive on my doormat
Royce = Nice people 😀
And they make cracking bike parts.

I know they get a slating sometimes but 2Pure too. Needed a part for my Joplin. Sent in the post next day FOC.
