I use Hope and Orange as their customer service is second to none.
Jagwire now join my group of top companies to deal with.
Last week there was a thread on here ( http://singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/jagwire-hyflow-hydraulic-hose-and-kits ) regarding Jagwire hoses.
Anyway to cut a long story short I had experienced problems trying to buy a set from a local shop.
A couple of emails with James Alberts, Global Marketing Manager, and my frustration was solved.
My free set of hoses and fitting kit arrived today as promised! How's that for customer service?
