Any recommendations on the trails or GPX's that you can email me? Just general info on the type of trails etc. would also. E good as I never ridden there before...

Verderers Trail is signed well - you'll do that at least twice. Worth the whole ride round just to do the cracking rolling descent again.
The 'red' route wasn't all that challenging, and felt fairly flat.
Didn't get the chance to run any of the DH trails, but they shouldn't be hard to find!
