About to buy a gopro 3+, what memory card is best for them?

Class 10 yes but not all class 10 have the same transfer rates. You need the fastest possible is using 2.7k or 4k settings. My thoughts on SD cards - http://www.unsponsored.co.uk/press/?p=1836
I have replaced my cards with the Lexar 633x series

Faster the better, 2 smaller cards often cheaper than 1 big one and a bit of backup against failure/loss/forgetting it!
Has your PC got USB3? Recommend this, it'll transfer faster than plugging in the camera:
