Ok, so I'm getting a go pro hero 3 and I want to know if I do a days riding and record the bits worth watching when I get back to my tent can I watch that footage on my ipad 2 without any other equipment involved? I've only got the 16gb ipad so storage is limited. Thanks.

You'd need the camera connector/sd card reader - you can get cheap ones on ebay that work fine. I don't think you'd have to copy them across onto the ipad HD to watch them.

You can use the GoPro app to connect with wifi. Then watch videos or copy them to the ipad etc.
