I seem to go through these like a hot knife through butter.

Anyone able to recommend a burly set that don't go at the fingers.

Thanks

Very impressed with my Dakine Highwires.

The one set of gloves I've had that I'd buy again.

the new giro range seem to last, I generally go through gloves quickly but I have had the Giro dnd gloves for longer than normal for me and theirs still no sign of wear.

Hoping the new Endura MT500's I've just shelled out for will last me longer than the current spesh ones.

They look more hard wearing ๐Ÿ˜•

I have a similar problem my advice is buy Dakine or Fox. Avoid Royal and Endura.

Troy Lee for me. Avoid 661s like the plague; it took me 3 months to trash mine, and I only ride once a week...

Troy Lee - even their skimpy light made-of-nothing gloves seem to last. Dakine too, aside from my super-padded DH ones that my Mrs melted by chucking them in the dryer.

Have had Giro ones, and they didn't last at all. RaceFace ones were OK, but don't compare to the above.

In the Troy Lee range, check out the SEs if you like a bit more substance than on the XC - the fingertips are heat-resistant, apparently, and the plastic stuff on the back of the fingers is good for when you come off.

Bear in mind that the fingers are cut quite narrow, so you may need to go up a size if you have sausage fingers.
