Looking for a pair of full fingered gloves for general XC riding to replace my gloves which finally gave up last night. I need something with a decent amount of padding on the palm - budget is around £30.

Troy Lee Air - light, cheap, confortable, not too loud if you buy a subtle colour, but most of all because they've outlasted any other pair of gloves I've ever bought.

First impressions are fairly good, although I've not tried the sliding down tarmac to test their abrasion resistance yet..
Dakine Ventilator - very thin uppers so great for summer, but slightly padded on palm. Mine have lasted ages with very little sign of wear.
