Anyone used it? Is it secure?

Cheers

It'll be fine, yh bike storage always is.

We stayed at a bunkhouse in FW when we did the WHW in one go in the summer, too tired when we arrived at black sheep bunkhouse to go looking for bike storage, just left them in the garden and showered, rolled into bed. ๐Ÿ™‚

I suppose that might depend what you mean by secure? Will it be to the standards people here build their sheds to - no. Will it be better than leaving it at an average train station - certainly. I've happily left bikes in YH's without a lock on them (which saves carrying a lock), and Nevis is not exactly a crime hotspot, but it only takes one nonchalant user to leave it unlocked so your paranoia may differ.

Its a shed next to the carpark with a small padlock. Behind a wall so not visible from the car park or the road.

Inside there's a range of bike racks and you can lock your bikes to each other /the racks.

I didn't think twice about using it over the summer.
