If time was short, and you needed to get a crown race for a 1.5" FSA headset, where would you go?
Ideally I'd like to avoid buying a whole new lower cup assembly.

Dales, Alpine, Evans...
Not sure if any of them would split a headset though and crown races unlikley to be a stock item I'd guess

For something like that I'd be ringing round all the shops to see if one was lying in a spares bin somewhere.

if time is short - forget it, be patient and order online...because that is what the bike shop will do. Unless its a common stock item or you know in advance what they are likely to have.
