is this worth me driving to from Sheffield tomorrow or is it totally covered in snow and pointless?

I'm not sure, took me about an hour and 15 to get to Lee Quarry and I reckon about another 30-45 mins from there. Were you going to go around the Manc ring road and then M66 or up the M1 and cut across country ? I was thinking M66

I any condition I'm not sure its worth a 4 hour round trip. It very good but very short.

Every time I've been recently it's been mostly under about 6" of mud......

nosedive.. If I go I'll be relying on a lift from a mate; as such I can't tell you what route we'll take apart from it being via road.. erm..

The best bit (Rollercoaster) is still shut anyway. I'd wait until it dries out a bit.

maybe I will try Llandegla instead seems to be quite resistant to mud
