Thinking of trying it tomorrow MBR seemed to rate it wondered if anybody on here beleives its worth the 2 hour drive.
If it's Gisburn Forest you mean, then yes, I'd say so; plenty to entertain on a 1st visit then decide how regular you want to return. Take some butties though, don't know if the cafe-caravan is around through the week just now.
(& try a search in the box over there, tons of threads on the place recently)
They're only on phase 1 at the moment, so you should still expect alot of forest road. The route is a sort of figure of eight and the next build is on the section you have to do twice (currently forest road), which kind of gives people 2 X more trail for less effort by the builders.

Start at Tosside and there is a pub/cafe/free bike wash.
Worth a trip yes, especially if you repeat some of the sections to get your lines dialled!
Pub / cafe with parking and free bike wash here:

I wouldn't drive 2 hours for it personally, but it's pretty good.
i would its a really good loop, plus you could take in lee quarry maybe afterwards? only about a 30-40min drive from Gisburn.
