Seems like a blast from the past, 5 years ago I thought I found the perfect helmet until the pads continuously fell apart

Some years on I can say I’m still trying to find a helmet that fits my head as well and breathes as well also

There doesn’t seem to be many knocking around so either a stock issue or is it discontinued?

More importantly did they fix the pad delaminating very quickly issue?

Pretty sure they stopped making it, I dinged mine and getting a crash replacement wasn’t possible.

Ok cool thanks sounds like a positive result on the pads then

It’s on the giro site still but just not with any in stock options though that could just be a stock issue

Jambo that good going I remember you from the original thread I created 5 years back ha! You must have got extremely lucky or have less salty sweat 😉

I’m still running original pads.

+1, bought not long after they first went on sale, no issues with original pads

Defo still available but maybe I got lucky with the pads going by this review

Good spot and that review is from jan this year

I guess the pads can be bought for a 10er worse case if they last 6 months not the end of the world albeit shouldn’t be happening

It’s still one of it thee best helmets I’ve found for me head so maybe a small price to pay
