I bought a Giro Xen helmet in the States a few years ago, but failed to forward the warranty card. One of the clips that hold the inner retention system to the outer shell has failed (disappeared).
Would I have a snowballs chance of it being repaired/replaced under warranty?

I had a wee look at the Madison site.

The helmet has failed but not as the result of a crash. It might be worth an email to see what they think.
