Ordered some Ski goggles. Haven't arrived after 8 working days. Chase with Giro and the tracking shows it went to the Hermes depot after a day and then never moved (I'm guessing .

Rather than sending out another shipment I'm being told I've got to wait for them to go through their processes with Hermes.

- What delivery time did they promise at point of sale?
- Do they have additional unsold stock of the item?

4-6 days (today is day 13)

– Do they have additional unsold stock of the item?
it's currently showing as in stock, but it's a sale item.

Sounds like you have a strong case then. You could always tell them to recall the parcel and refund you due to delivery promises not being met. And then order again. Might end up taking even longer then though. My Giro order via Hermes took longer than 6 days as well. I just waited though, as it was a sale item no longer in stock.

Those two are not the same moan.

So their process with Hermes has taken a week? And they're still not willing to declare it lost and replace it?
