Just comparing 20inch kids bikes as JR is due an upgrade
Looking at weights and cannot find the Giant XTC JR 20 LITE weight to compare with the Isalabike Beinn 20 small and Large.
Anyone got one to weigh?
Whoops I ought to read before typing.... I looked the 24 and it weighed a Tonne. Not the most relevant answer for you. Sorry.
If weight matters to you get the Isla.
it's quite a bit lighter not to mention better quality overall than the Giant.
The islabikes seem to be the lightest, I found the Trek Superfly 20 was the next closest, I posted a question about kids bikes and a lot on here really rate the commencal ramones 20..
The Giant weighs a ton, the kids XTCs used to be good a few years ago but costs have been cut of late. They're not very impressive.
The Ridgeback MX20 has been good, mine has just outgrown his.
